ID's for New Students

This information is for NEW incoming students ONLY (resident and commuters)

If you are a returning student who already has an ID card, this does not apply to you.  You continue using the same ID card from the previous semester.

How will I get a photo for my ID card?

If you did not have your photo taken during orientation, you should have received an email from "Westfield State Campus Card Office" with the link to upload your photo on CloudCard. You will need a document proving your identity (driver's license, state-issued ID, high school ID, passport, etc.) in order to submit your photo.

How will I receive my ID card?

If you are living on campus as a resident, you will receive your ID card the day you move in. Res Life will be handing them out with your room keys.

If you are a commuter, there are many dates you can pick up your card:

Sunday, August 30th at 2pm in Scanlon Banquet Hall during the Commuter Info Session

Monday, August 31st and Tuesday, September 1st during Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner in the DC

Wednesday, September 2nd - Friday, September 4th at the Ely Welcome Tent from 9am - 3pm

Tuesday, September 8th - Friday, September 11th at the Ely Welcome Tent from 9am - 3pm

ID Cards will NOT be mailed to you

If you can not pick up your ID card during our normal business hours, please email campuscard@westfield.ma.edu and request to have your ID left at Public Safety.  Public Safety is open 24/7 so you can go anytime to pick it up.
