Daniel Price

Biography

Dr. Price's research interests focus on religion's influence on terrorism, human rights, crime and democracy. He is particularly interested in the Middle East and North Africa. Dr. Price spent a year in Morocco studying Islamic political culture and Arabic as a Fulbright Scholar. He has taught at UMass-Lowell, Anna Maria College, and Kent State University. Dr. Price is a member of American Society of Criminal, Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, American Political Science Association, and the Middle East Studies Association. His hobbies and interests include hiking, skiing, paddling, reading and watching as much TV as possible.
