Geography, Planning, and Sustainability Alumni Outcomes

Alumni profiles reveal that our students are prepared for a variety of career and academic contexts.  Recent alumni success stories include the following: PhD student in Regional Planning, owner and operator of successful café, green building standards designer/consultant for the U.S. Green Building Council, Housing and Community Investment Analyst, Director of Community and Economic Development Walpole MA, professional land surveyor.  

Additionally, and most commonly we have many alumni working as GIS analysts and as town, city, and regional planners in transportation, housing, environment, and historic preservation, including several that have achieved American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification, the gold standard for Urban and Regional Planners.
