State University Internship Incentive Program (SUII)
The State University Internship Incentive (SUII) Program is a state and university-funded program that provides financial support to students participating in internships. Qualifying internships can range from 3 to 15 credits per semester. Students in all majors may qualify, but priority will be given to students enrolled in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Finance) field. Scholarships may be available for the Spring 2022 and Summer I 2022 semesters and awards will range from $1000 to $5000 to cover tuition, fees, and expenses.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

- Be a U.S. citizen or a non-citizen eligible under Title IV guidelines
- Have a valid 2021–2022 FAFSA on file with the financial aid office
- Have earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on all academic coursework
- Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program of study

- Meet any additional institutional eligibility or selection criteria, which may include financial need or merit considerations
Funds are limited. Class level and overall grade point average will also play a role in awarding these grants.
